Aki Agent uses a credits system to enable use of the agent.

What are credits?

Credits are Aki Agent's internal currency. Each request or message sent to the agent consumes a number of credits based on the model used and the number of tokens processed. A message sent to an agent may trigger a batch of N requests, depending on the complexity of the task and the number of tools executed during the process. This means that not all messages you send to the agent will cost the same.

Free credit when signing up:

When you create an account in Aki Agent, you receive 1 free credit to try the platform without commitment. In addition to this credit, you also have a generous free usage allowance for Flash models that resets every 24 hours.

What is a Flash model?

Flash models are a series of small but useful models that we classify within the free usage allowance. These models help you save credits because they use your daily free usage allowance first and, once it is exhausted, only then consume the real credits in your account.

What happens when credits run out?

You need credits to access the most powerful models. However, even without credits, you can use Aki Agent Web and Aki Agent Studio until you use up your free Flash model allowance. When you have no credits, you will only be able to select Flash models in the model selector.

How are credits recharged?

You can recharge credits from Aki Agent Web by paying with Mercado Pago. Each plan includes a specific number of credits based on the amount you choose. In addition to your credits, you will also receive an increase in the free usage allowance limit. It is a double benefit that helps your credits last longer.

How to redeem a coupon:

You can redeem it from the My account section, under the Credits menu, using the Redeem coupon button. The coupon credits are added instantly to your available balance.

From the My account section, you can:

• View completed recharges.
• Check your current usage status.
• Track how many credits remain.
• See the usage of your free Flash model allowance.

Shared credits: Credits recharged from the web are linked to the account and shared between Aki Agent Web and Aki Agent Studio. They can be used on both platforms.
