These terms govern the use of Aki Agent and its publishing and hosting service.
1. What Aki Agent is for
Aki Agent is a platform for creating prototypes and web applications with AI assistance, generating code, organizing projects and publishing versions through our hosting service.
2. What Aki Agent is not for
Aki Agent does not replace professional advice, including legal, medical, financial or other specialized advice. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions or bias and must be reviewed before production use.
3. Permitted use
You may create your own prototypes, websites and web applications, publish projects when you hold the required rights, and share legitimate educational, informational or commercial content.
4. Prohibited use
Illegal, fraudulent, infringing, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, malicious or service-disrupting content and activity are not allowed.
5. Hosted content
Published projects must contain only content you own or are licensed to use. We do not allow illegal, misleading, privacy-infringing, malicious, explicit or rights-infringing material.
6. Responsibility
The user is solely responsible for generated, published and shared content. Aki Agent does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability or legality of AI-generated content.
7. Suspension and account closure
We may suspend, limit or close accounts and remove content when necessary for policy, legal, security or service integrity reasons.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aki Agent is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, service interruptions or consequences derived from using generated content.
