AKI becomes more general purpose: new models, integrations and a better experience

AKI Agent enters a broader stage to help you with any kind of task: from creating a landing page to analyzing data with Python, from searching the web to building an application with a real database.

What's new in AKI (April 2026)

  • Improved AUTO router to better evaluate the intelligence needed for each task.
  • Skills from skills.sh that can be installed and activated on demand.
  • Python interpreter for data analysis, calculations and complex tasks.
  • Supabase integrated as a real backend for your applications.
  • Web search with Perplexity Sonar for deep research.
  • UI/UX improvements for a smoother and more natural experience.
  • New AI models reorganized and optimized by use case.

AKI as a general purpose assistant

We're leaving behind very narrow approaches. Now AKI is designed to be a complete assistant: it doesn't matter if you want to create a website, analyze data, research a topic or integrate external services. AKI adapts its tools and models to the problem at hand.

Skills and on-demand control

You can activate skills based on context: analysis tools, connectors, utilities. They are installable and activate only when you need them, without cluttering the interface or workflow.

Data analysis with Python

You can now ask AKI to execute real Python code to: process data, run statistical calculations, generate charts or validate hypotheses. The agent has an integrated Python interpreter that responds in an isolated and secure way.

Supabase as a real backend

Your applications are no longer just prototypes. With Supabase integrated, you can: create tables, define relationships, use real authentication and connect your frontend to a functional backend. All without leaving AKI and with the same smooth experience as always.

Deep web searches

When you need up-to-date information or complex research, AKI can search the web using Perplexity Sonar. This is useful for comparisons, market status, fresh documentation, or anything that requires real-world data.

Optimized AI models

We reorganized the model catalog and their usage by case. Now you have:

  • Free models for quick tests and emergencies.
  • Low-intelligence models for simple tasks and efficient consumption.
  • Advanced models for complex tasks that require deep reasoning.

UI/UX improvements

We polished the interface so everything flows better: clearer messages, friendlier loaders, more natural interactions. The goal is to make using AKI feel like a pleasant experience, not a checklist of steps.

Getting started

Go to AKI Agent and try any of these capabilities: ask it to analyze a CSV with Python, search for specific information, or build a project with Supabase. The improvements are there, working.
